Nature Box!!!

My Nature Box arrived today with five great snacks. The first was Vanilla Macaroon Granola. It tasted exactly like a vanilla macaroon...delicious. Then there is the Cherry Berry Bonanza it is full of dried cranberries, cherries, and blueberries. It is very sweet and the berries are still plump and delicious not dry, hard, or dusty. There are 2  bags of Mesa Crisps. They are just as yummy as the corn chip from my childhood, but kicked up with flax seed in them. It gives them a great twist. My personal favorite are the Roasted Kettle Kernels they are honey coated toasted corn, and they are amazing...yes I ate both bags by myself. Don't judge until you try it...lol. I did get one snack I was not to happy about I got the Pistachio Power Clusters they are nut squares with almonds, cashews, and  pistachios. I have never liked pistachios so these I am not going to try these, but my husband says they are great. Oh yeah, I do not want to leave out my wonderful welcome bag they sent. It is an extra bag of Cherry Gauche Granola....outstanding that is all I can say about it.

 All of Nature boxes food is carefully sourced and nutritionist approved with no high fructose corn syrup, no partially hydrogenated oils, no artificial sweeteners, flavors, or colors, and 0g of trans fats. On a side note the bags are resealable so you don't have to worry about eating a hole bag before it gets stale, but that was not a problem here...lol. It makes it easy to take to work, bring in the car, or toss in a diaper bag.

After you receive your first box you can choose the snacks you want sent to you, and let me tell you they have some amazing looking treats. There are three different box options. Next there is the Happy Snacker it has 10 full size snacks (5 different snacks, 2 bags of each). This is there most popular and you can lock in the price of $29.95. That is a savings of $10.00 a month.. Lastly there is the big boy it is the Smart Snacker it has 20 full size snacks (5 different snacks, 4 bags of each). Again you can lock in a price on this one it is $49.95. That is a savings of $30.00 a month. There are also 3,6, or 12 month gift options.

I did call Customer Service and spoke to Kristen she was beyond helpful I told her I had hoped to be able to pick my own snacks and she informed me they put together the first box or treats but you can customize going forward. I told her I thought everything was great except the Pistachio and could I exchange it. She said she could do better she would give me a credit for the bags. How awesome is that!!!! I could not thank her enough. It seem like I have found another company that has employees that really like what they do. That is the kind of company I want to do business with because if an employee feels valued, I feel the items I receive are going to be better.

All said I love the snacks, I loved the amazing customer service (Thanks again Kristen), and I loved the price. Nature Box has become one of my favorite Subscription boxes. I got my first bouquet of flowers from The Bouqs.com last Wednesday and I was holding off on this review to see how they did. You know did they turn brown or die quickly. Well let me tell you they keep getting better and better every day I can't believe how amazing they look. I know this is because Bouqs is not like a regular flower company they cut and ship within 5 days of cutting. Where as the other guys can take up to 14 days of cutting. So Bouqs has no wasted flowers. They are located in Ecuador, and the flowers are grown on the side of a volcano, yes I said a volcano  10,000 feet above sea level. They also do something that I love to see any company do they provide healthcare, living wages, childcare, and adult education to their employees. If there is one thing I have come to realize it is that if you have people who feel appreciated and valued by a company it does reflect in the products, because they are proud of what they do. 

There are three different options at The Bouqs.com there is the Regular Bloom you set up what you want, when you want. If you want a delivery every week on Wednesday just to make you feel better. It will be there every Wednesday  The Bouqs company will become a husbands best friend. With the Never Forget option you will never forget another anniversary or birthday ever again. At the beginning of the year enter all dates you may need flowers sent, and two weeks before they are to be sent The Bouqs will send you a reminder asking if you still want to send these flowers...bam...no more dog house.  Then there is the Just Because it is for random deliveries to surprise loved ones with just on click. They sent me a Bouqs to review at no charge and it will not alter my opinion in any way. I can not tell you enough how beautiful it is. Any one would be happy to receive these any time of the year. They have 40 different kinds of flowers and is so worth the $40.00 plus tax there are no other hidden fees like with other companies. There website is so user friendly and I did have trouble with my order so I did e-mail Customer Service. I have never had someone get back to me so quickly and I thought it was just a fluke but no it happened each time I sent them a response. Healthy Surprise

I got my Healthy Surprise box today. The box is natural, vegan, gluten free, soy free, and corn free. They are also big on non GMO's in products. GMO stands for genetically modified organism, and refers to any living organism whose genes have been modified in some way. This began in the 1950's and in the 1980's you could already see the effects of DNA modifications in our food. People feel this is what has lead to the allergies children have now as oppose to 30 years ago. At Healthy Surprise they are all about GMO label being put on the food we eat to better allow us as consumers to choose what we want to eat. In the box I got were some awesome treats and they were all full size items unlike a lot of subscription boxes. The first thing I saw when I opened the box was SeaSnax Premium Roasted Seaweed Snacks. These were not my favorite, but I did try them....Next there was some Toasted Coconut Chips from Dang, and they were dang good. California Snacks had a bag of its Parma Kale in there, since I love baking kale I thought this was delicious. There was something called Choco Nana from Matt's Munchies it is like a chocolate covered banana fruit strip, I really liked this and my one year old loved it. Possibly my favorite was a That's It bar. I got one that had one apple and three apricots in it. The company is called That's it because that is it, just the fruit no added anything. I loved it.The Daily Crave had some Veggie Chips in there, my son loves these so they have been stolen. There was something called  Nori Wrapped Energy Sticks by Gopal's. I have not tried these yet but after the roasted seaweed fiasco I am a bit unsure, but excited to try. I can not believe there are still several more items to get to. There is Snapz Premium Grilled Zucchini Crunch, I have seen these in other boxes but have not tried them yet. There is Hail Mary Orange Rosemary Pecans. I will be saving these to add to my holiday baking. They smell like the holidays they are wonderful. Something I have tried before was the Gogo Squeez Apple Mango Applesauce on the go. These are super good and so easy to take anywhere. Lastly there was Home Free Double Chocolate Chip Cookies they are whole grain, nut free, and gluten free. I look forward to these as well.

 Now on to the customer service. All I have to say is AMAZING. I spoke to a man names Sam several times. Not only did he help me the first time I called, but when I called back he walked me through everything I needed to do. Even when my computer would not cooperate he went above and beyond and said he would e-mail me the information I needed. I eventually figured out to use my computer...lol. When I called back I told Sam how grateful I was for his outstanding Customer Service. I really like Healthy Surprise there website is easy to navigate. There 800 number is right there so if you get jammed up call them and they will help with everything. I really hope you give them a shot. I know you will love them as much as I do. This is such a wonderful monthly service. They send me my razors, deodorant, and pads or tampons which ever is my preference or a mix of both if I want. They have three different packages to choose from there is a $10.00 per month package that is an assortment of  20 maxi pads or tampons. There is a $13.00 that is 20 maxi pads or tampons and three disposable razors. Then there is a $16.00 that has 20 maxi pads or tampons three disposable razors and a deodorant. There are 6 different types of tampons to choice from. You then  can choose how many light, regular, super, or ultra you would like. There is just one pad choice but it is Always which is a leader in the industry and you can choose from regular, long/super, or overnight. There is only one razor choice but it is very nice. The deodorant options are plentiful there are twelve to choose from. There are two Secret, four Dove, two Suave, Two Lady Speed Stick, and two Degree to choose from. Then best of all you can tell them what day of the month you want your package to arrive. This service is wonderful, as someone who shops with a one year old, I want to get in and get out as fast as possible. After getting my groceries, the last thing I want to do is go roam to the other side of a giant store trying to find everything I need hoping the baby does not start crying. So this will be a huge help to me. Another thought, this would be great to send to a daughter at college so it is one thing she does not have to worry about. Fab Kids

Where to begin with Fab Kids.....Literary everything for boys my sons size is sold out and has been for the last month. I had to raise my sons size till I found one outfit that was not sold out. He won't be able to wear it for at least a year, but the coupon I had was about to expire. Even after they extended it another month from the original expiration date, and they STILL had nothing in his size, that irked me. If you are going to give free outfit coupons and have nothing size wise and say on your website that you got new styles in, and still did not have anything in my sons size. Don't get me wrong I am really grateful I received a free outfit. I just thought it was poor planing on the companies part. The outfit was very cute as you can see by the pictures below. The outfit was $39.95 and includes 3 pieces. You can put your own outfit together but that can get up there in price. They have wardrobe packages that contain 3-4 pairs of pants, 4-5 tops, a hooded shirt, belt, and socks they are $99.95 or $139.95 depending on which one you get. They say they have new outfits every month I found that not to be the case but what ever, and if you don't want to buy an outfit this month you just have to select to skip a month. I am not keeping this service I was not happy with the selection as you can tell, frankly I thought it was ridiculous. I did call Customer service to see when they were getting new outfits and if they were going to extend the coupons again and they had no idea. I love when the people who work for a company have no idea what is going on. So having said that thank you for my outfit maybe I will check you out again later when you have worked the kinks out but until.

Kiwi Crate

Kiwi Crate is a subscription service that sends boxes(crates)  filled with fun projects for your children ages 3-7. I ordered a sample crate just to see what to expect and I was so happy with what I saw from the moment the mini crate arrived till I got it out of the package. It is the cutest thing and the project is adorable. It is a firefly on a string and they included everything my son would need right in the kit. I did put it away until he gets a bit older, but I cant wait. I will definitely be getting this box in time.

 A monthly subscription will cost $19.95 a month, but if you sign up for the year it is $16.95 a month a savings of $95.00. You can purchase Single Crates that are filled with 2-3 projects for $19.95. Graze

This will be my last Graze box. I like them but my boxes keep getting later every time and I can only e-mail them to find out if they know where it is. I just get back the same standard response that it could take up to 10 business days for it to arrive. There is no tracking number, oh well no big deal. I would like better customer service and perhaps a store where if I like the tiny bit of food you sent I could get some more.  I know they portion one serving size out, and that makes it easy for me. Sometimes you just want more and it would be nice to get some more. Their food is amazing I have not gotten something from them I have not loved so it is bitter sweet to see them go. I do wish I did not have to, but with so many others doing the same thing it is time to give someone else a try. Graze will always have a place in my heart and tummy. This months was just meh.... I was surprised to see that what I got was a bit different from what others got. Now having said that there is a weight loss box as well as a regular box and I did get the regular this month. I got two PowerBar Performance Energy Blends in two different fruit flavors. I got a two pill packet of Vivarin ugh.. hate the way it makes me feel, way to jittery. There was a packet of something called Ripped Cream it is a coffee creamer that is gluten free and natural. The product also says that if you use it you will "Burn Fat! Build lean muscle and healthy bones! Improve digestion! Strengthen your immune system!". We shall see won't we... Ok what else did I get Zellies Xylitol Mints. I have gotten these in another box and did not like them one bit. There was a taste to them I could not quite place. So I will not be eating them. Lastly I got Erba Vita Acid Chewable Tablets I tired to eat this I really did, but there was NO way. How fun is this subscription....Well let me tell you...VERY!!! I love sunglasses. I don't like to spend to much on them because, it never fails they get scratched, the arm falls off, or the lenses falls out. So when I found Stunner of the month I was so excited and I got the first month free by using the code trystunner at . After the first month they are $9.00 a month and that includes shipping. They are easy to cancel, you can do it right from their website and their website is so easy to use. I really like this service, and for a month free I would try it if I were you. You wont be disappointed. I will let you know that when I got my box I thought for sure the glasses were broken because I heard something rattling inside of the box. To my surprise when I opened the box I had found they sent me a bottle opener key chain, and it was taped to the top of the box and that is what I had heard. The glasses also came in a dust bag so they wont get scratched when I put them in my pocketbook (very nice touch). Some people may be put off by the fact you can not pick out your own sunglasses, but I think it is fun and exciting to see what you get. Now to what sunglasses I got. The glasses are a salmon color with dark gray almost black trim. They are something I would not have picked out for myself, but I really like them and the colors go so nice together. I can't say enough how much I love this company and it's service. I know what your saying she did not say anything about Customer Service well that is because they made it so easy I did not need anyone's help. I love the idea of this subscription service, because I love to have my nails painted. I just think it makes my hands look better. Being a stay at home Mom to a one year old son, getting to the nail salon is never on my to-do list...lol. I have heard great things about this company, and its Customer service. You all know how I feel about companies with great customer service(I LOVE them). So I was thrilled to see they were giving away the first box free, so I set up two accounts one for me and one for my niece who loves to paint her nails as well. I picked the colors for us, but when I got them I was so unimpressed. The colors were nothing like they looked on my computer screen. I was not happy with that at all, but their foot cream was very nice. Since I was not happy with the nail polish I decided to cancel both subscriptions, because that is the majority of their products. When I called to cancel the Customer Service rep. was great she asked me why I wanted to cancel and apologized about the color difference. She made it painless to cancel. She also answered a few miscellaneous questions I had. She was wonderful. Julep is $19.99 a month and that gets you at least $40.00 worth the their products. They will send you an email with a preview of your Julep Maven Box on the 20th of each month. If you love what they have chosen for you. You have to do nothing and your box is on its way. If you don't like it or want to try a new style, send your box to a friend or skip the month all together. Just log into your account between the 20th and the 24th to submit your request. Sock Panda...

Where to begin....I am a sock junkie so I love this concept for a monthly subscription box, and I had my Mom asking me to let her know how it is because she wanted to send it to a few family members with sock issues like me...lol. I had to be honest and let her know I did not think it was a good idea. I mean the kids would think it was great, because they are kids. I just did not feel the socks were anything special and not a great value for the price. With that said they were cute, one pair was K. Bell socks with cats and the other was a pair of Davco NewYork with a dog on them. Maybe I just expected something different form the socks they show on their web site. I also found the web site a bit hard to use. I accidentally ordered 2 subscriptions so I had to call. I found there was no real Customer Service to speak of. I spoke to David he is the owner and he did give me a discount on them in exchange for me to review them. I was charged for both subscriptions and had to wait for my refund. When I called him back to see if he was going to refund me, he asked me if I had sent him an reminder e-mail.....a reminder e-mail..it is called a post it wright it down and do what you say your going to do without someone having to call you 3 times and e-mailing you 3 times to get it done. I did eventually get my refund. You should know by now and that the service I got does not make my opinion of the subscription service any different. I want to let you know about the boxes but also the service I receive. Sock Panda is $11.00 a month that includes shipping. I got my first love with food box today, and I am happy to say it won't be my last. This box was curated by Chef Ming Tsai who I have been a fan of since his PBS days....did I just give my age away, Oh well. I was really happy with all of the items inside. I received 9 sample snacks that were all gluten free. Tasting Room

Tasting room is a monthly subscription service in which you choose bottles of wine to be delivered to your door. They send you a tasting kit (as shown below) for 9.95 to cover shipping and handling. There are 2 or 3 different ones. I got the one with both red and white wines. The kit is designed to help you figure out what wines you like. Once you get your tasters pack you sign on to their web site and they walk you through step by step how to taste wine. It is like an on-line wine tasting. If your like me and thought wine is wine you really can tell a difference. There is no set amount different bottles are different prices. Depending on your preferences they show you several wines you might like. The number of bottles you have to get varies as well. This was fun to try because I have never done anything like this before. I reviewed this service because I received a $50.00 gift card, and I have seen a few box reviews with the same gift card I got in them. Please keep in mind the gift card I received was not the same company as this one I am reviewing now. I have to say I was kind of annoyed with that gift card because, I know nothing about wine. What my likes or dislikes are, I just do not know. Needless to say I never used my gift card. When I saw this and how they help you make choices I wanted to try it. I will not be getting any monthly because I have no need to keep bottles of wine it would go to waste. If your someone who loves wine or are interested in trying something new this was very cool. My Graze box arrived today and I am wicked excited about this one. This has to be my favorite box so far. I have been listening to my sister and the ladies on some of the Facebook pages I am on talk about the toffee apples and how AMAZING they are. Well I have received them and let me tell you not only were they amazing but they were only 68 calories....WOW. The rest of my box was great as always. I got the salsa fresca not my favorite the salsa was wonderful but the chips were not so tasty, but there were 10 in the pack and still the pack was only 51 calories so that is good. I also got the love mix that is dried Apricots, cherries, and goji berries that was good as usual. The dried fruit was real dried fruit not a gummy sugary mess of what was once fruit like 10 years ago. Then last but never least I got the summer berry flapjacks, and those of you who have gotten the flapjacks before know were....amazing yum yum yum. I got the fruit and seed flapjacks last box and they were wonderful as well. I have been so happy with everything from Graze I can not tell you enough how great these boxes are. As for the company I did not have to contact them recently, but when I did in the past they were very helpful and responded quickly with answers to my questions. These boxes are $5.00 each and you can get 1-4 a month depending on how often you want to receive new snacks. You can change how many boxes right from the Graze website it could not be easier to navigate. When I signed up I went to there site and reviewed all the snacks they had, if there is something unappealing to you, click the trash tab so they do not send it to you. If there is something you want to try, clicked the try button. When I get something I really like I will go back in and click the like or love tabs so I get it again. Then if for some reason you needed to cancel all together they will suspend your account so you don't loose all the reviews you have done. I received my Bulu box a few days ago. Bulu Box is a great way discover new vitamin, supplement, health and weight loss products. The box has great motivating sayings on it my favorite is " Find your comfort zone then leave it " I don't know why I love that saying but it made me think and want to move. I have to say if I was going to the gym like I should this is a really nice box. I got GU Chomp pure performance energy chews, they were strawberry and tasted good not like some energy gummies I have tried. There was some power fuel drink powder that is blue raspberry, I have not tried it yet. There was a sample of Thera-Gesic pain relieving cream, and with a one year old that keeps me running it came in handy. I love that stuff. Then lastly a 7-14 day supply of Shapeology burn blend dietary supplement, I was a bit hesitant to try this because some of these supplements have made me jittery in the past so I read the bottle and saw I could take 1 capsule 2 times a day instead of 2 capsules 2 times a day so I tried it and I had no jitters and I liked it. I am glad to say since I have gotten this box I have lost another 4lbs. Yeahhh me... I am so happy with what I received in my box as I said I ordered a 3 month subscription.
