Pure Raspberry Ketones

So the new weight loss pill I am testing is Pure Raspberry Ketones an All Natural Fat Burner from Summit Nutritions. I've been taking them for about four days now and it dropped 2 pounds which is great. Any loss is great. The problems I have noticed is they make me very jittery, so I only take one at a time. They are 250mg pills and the bottle says not to exceed 1500 mg a day...I don't ever see that being a problem with me. I will say the thing I like about these is that they do curb my appetite. I an the type of person that just eats to eat. It does not matter what the situation is happy, sad, stressed I will eat, and not having no food in the house is not an option.
 Raspberry ketones became popular in February of 2012 because of Dr. Oz. He called them "a miracle fat burner in a bottle" . They are supposed to affect a hormone in the body called however there's no scientific evidence of that helps with weight loss having said that I I know that I will not be purchasing I know it helps me to finally start eating but this is too much of an unknown about these pills and I for one don't want to be a guinea pig. Perfectly Posh-tastic

I was thrilled when Susan Gasperson offered to send me some Perfectly Posh samples. I am a stay at home mom to a very active two-year-old little boy, so my me time is pretty much nonexistent. The days of mani-pedies once a month are long gone. The opportunity to do a little at home pampering sounded amazing.  Perfectly posh is a company that is all about pampering. Their website says, "We are not a pharmacy, We are not offering to do your laundry, We can't bringing world peace, and  We can't give you the day off you deserve. We can bring you a few moments of escaped with the best ingredients the most creative products of the planet." Their products are naturally based, Made in America, cruelty free, and free from sulfates, parables, lanolin's, and phthalate's. They have everything from Detoxes and Scrubs to Lip Lovin and so much more. The products I was given to try were, The Stripper (a detox clay mask), A Peel to me (a citrus body scrub), Shine bright like a diamond (a diamond micro-derm scrub), Dragon mojo (a body butter), and Hottie Patottie (a big fat hand cream).
 I used The Stripper first

 Somehow all the stars aligned and I had 10 minutes to actually take bath. I put it on and it was thick and creamy. Is was easy to apply. I hoped into the tub with a great book it was amazing. The Stripper is a Clay-Mud based product that helps to help pull out toxins from your skin. It  felt great, but I was not sure I would really keep it on at first, because it did tingle quite a bit. Once I started to calm down and relax it was great. I will recommend actually washing your face afterwards. I just wiped it off with water and a wash cloth and my face broke out because what the stripper does it pulls the toxins to the surface of your skin, and by not washing afterwards your just leaving them to sit on your face. The key ingredients in the stripper are charcoal and aloe, and it's best used once or twice a week. It is $24 for 8 ounce container, and I highly recommend this it was so nice to put this on and relax. My skin felt wonderful and I overall just felt refreshed.
 The next product I tried was A Peel To Me it is a citrus body scrub.

 It is suppose to Energize, Tighten, and Blast skin with its unique citrus zest. It did all of that and the feeling did not disappear quickly like some other products I have tried. The smell is AMAZING my skin felt great. You might think this sounds crazy, but the grit was not so small that it fell like I was rubbing sandpaper my skin. I am over the moon about this product as well. This product is $24 for 9 ounce container. It is worth that just for the smell alone. The key ingredients are sugar, salt, citrus oils, and zest. It's best used on your arms, legs, and the torso. I cannot say enough how much I LOVE the smell of this product.
   I will be doing the reviews on the other samples I got as well, but so far Perfectly Posh has me hooked. Adovia Natural Sulfur Soap

Oh my goodness where has this product been all my life? Well at least since I hit puberty. Three days in just three days my skin looks amazingly clear. I am 36 years old and have had to deal with acne for at least the last 24 years of my life. I still can not believe this did in three days what thousands of dollars worth other products couldn't do. This is a new staple in my beauty routine. I know I have said that before, but for someone who is dealt with acne well into adulthood I am blown away by this soap. It is based on sulfur and Dead Sea minerals. It is for all skin types, and the smell is pleasant. The really surprising part is unlike most soaps that leave your face tight itchy and dry after you wash. I didn't have that problem with this soap. I am using it twice a day in the morning when I shower and before bed. I have extremely sensitive skin so a sulfur based soap really did make me nervous. It is something I had not yet tried. In the beginning I expected it to be harsh on my skin and I was so wrong. I am so in love with this product. I have clear skin it almost makes me cry. I have tried so many other things I had given up ,and just accept the fact that I would have to deal with acne for the rest of my life. I want to scream it from the mountain tops how good this works. Foxbrim advanced hydrating serum

This product for me was just okay. I did notice a little firmness to my face, but I cannot say noticed a big difference or really any difference for that matter. There was no smell and I  liked that. I also have very sensitive skin, and it did not make my skin red, burn, or itch which is great when most products do. Pure Garcinia Cambogia 85% HCA

I just reviewed a Garcinia Cambogia with 80% HCA or hydroxycitric acid so I won't bore you with all the details. You can just read the last review. It is short sweet to the point. I also tried this one with 85% HCA, and had the same results.
  Garcinia Cambogia became popular when Dr. Oz declared it the holy grail of weight loss pills. His criteria for it is, One it must contain HCA ,and be on the label. Two it must have no fillers binders or any extra ingredients. Three must be 100% pure and in a vegetarian capsule. Then lastly you need to take at least 1600 mg a day. He says if it does not have these things do not take it. This bottle that I'm reviewing does have all those things, and it could be that I'm under a great deal of stress right now, but it does not seem to be doing a whole lot for me. It has not helped curb my appetite which is what I was really hoping for with all of these that I've tried. Likee I said my last review I know this is work for a lot of people I have friends who swear by it. It just wasn't for me. Garcinia Cambogia Supreme with 80% HCA

I had been using a Garcinia Cambogia with less HCA% in it when I started my diet. You can see that in a previous post. I thought hey why not bump up the HCA % and see if I loose more weight. The higher HCA% the stronger it is. I had lost 8 pounds on the other Garcinia Cambogia so in theory I should loose more because the percentage was stronger well that's not exactly what happens. I did not gain anything back but it still have not lost anything either since switching. It is not a big deal it was probably the fact that I cut out soda and started eating a bit better. I know people who have lost a ton on products like this, but I'm not sure it's for me.  If you're interested in trying I will tell you there were no side effects for me no jumpiness,  jitteriness, headaches, trouble sleeping, and no bathroom problems. Yes I know TMI sorry. For the weight loss dose it was two capsules 30 minutes before meal twice a day. I was using it at lunch and supper. This is a great product for some but not for me.
